Name: Monica Alves
I was born in Brazil but lived all over the place, Algeria, France, England, Europe in general, never been to the US though.By the time I came back to Brazil i had an 8 yrs old son and was a single parent. This moment in my life is a new beggining. My boy is 25 and all grown up (or so he thinks...) So this is a time for myself and I'm really looking forward to next 50 years...

Hi all, today is my birthday and as promissed ao i'll deliver...
. I have a LOT of gmail invitations at the moment (over 100 to be precise) i've given them out to all my friends already, and i don't know what to do with the rest. so... if you don't have a gmail account and want one, and if you're up to a challenge, here's what you have to do:
Choose one of the things in the list below. The hardest things you'll put you on top of the list...
i've been really busy the last couple of days. a translation came up with the usual 'for yesterday' deadline. so it was all work and no play this weekend. but yesterday night, when finally I could relax, i browsed around a bit... and wow! there they were, all those people demonstrating in front of the white house. i'd just about given up hope, i have to confess, but it was great! finally people were acting... reacting... showing their faces and speaking their minds. i'm happy...
so america is coming back to life again, finally...
hey my american brothers and sisters, i hope you keep it up! and not just for the sake of the american boys over there, but for all the innocent... the chidren... who must have witnessed such terrible things. i hope you're able to rethink your country. it's a great country. it's a powerfull country. but with that comes heavy responsability.
do not allow your governments do roam abroad anymore. so much killing is done in the name of peace... in the name of god! you should be better than that. you are better than that. my heart goes out to you... keep marching... the world needs informed and responsible american citizens... love
Hi all, i'm medusa and that there is me obviously. i was born in brazil, rio de janeiro, but i spent half of my life here and there. by the time i was 13 i was in france and then moved to england where i lived for 15 years and where my son was born, so i speak three languages and i'm a bit of a freak, i don't really belong anywhere, but then again i belong everywhere _ hence the title of this blog. anyway, i'll be cellebrating my birthday on the 30th of this month. half a century of being around in this wonderfull world. 50 years young _ that is quite something! and being a kind of displaced person i think it would be appropriate to share this really special moment in my life with the whole world!
